Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules

5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must place bets worth 25 times the bonus amount (25x wagering requirement). For example, for a ৳4,000 bonus you must place a total of ৳100,000 in bets.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus may only be claimed once — one welcome bonus per registration.
- The bonus must be used within the time limit specified in the applicable terms.
- The minimum deposit condition must be met to earn the bonus.
- gya9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
- If fraud is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program
gya9's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier — up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold, and up to 1.5% weekly cashback at Platinum. The process of moving up to a higher tier depends on your playing activity.
Betting Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
